mixed feelings about the stay

friendly staffout of order elevatornarrow staircase
the Staff WAS super FRIENDLY and helpful , they couldn't do enough for us.
i found that, unfortunately, the elevator WAS out of order . the staircase WAS narrow and steep , , made it quite challenging to navigate with luggage.

unstable temperaturethin walls
the shower's water temperature fluctuated wildly. it switched from cold to scalding without warning!). also, the walls seemed thin. i could hear conversations and other noises from neighboring rooms.
